Privacy Policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
Iskra Radosti (“the app”) is published by Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd, ABN 34 695 911 025 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app stores, why, and how to delete it. We built the app to collect as little as possible.
The short version
- There are no accounts and no passwords.
- Your progress, settings and the email address you enter to start your free trial stay on your phone. We do not send them to our servers.
- There is no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting service and no tracking.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
- The app is for adults learning Ukrainian. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
What the app stores on your phone
- Your email address, if you enter it on the welcome screen to start the free trial. It is used only to show your trial status on this phone.
- Your trial status: when the trial started and when it ends.
- Your learning progress: the words, lessons and songs you have worked through, and your review schedule.
- Your settings, such as display preferences.
- Voice recordings, if you use the pronunciation practice. Each recording stays on your device and is discarded when you finish the exercise. Nothing is uploaded.
This information is stored in the app’s own storage on your phone. Deleting the app deletes it.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, photos, browsing history, device identifiers or advertising identifiers. The app does not request any of these.
Purchases and subscriptions
The app offers a 7-day free trial, followed by an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year (prices may vary by country and are shown in the App Store before you buy). Subscriptions are bought and managed through your Apple Account. Apple processes the payment, and we receive no card details or personal information from Apple beyond confirmation of your subscription status. Under Apple’s policies you can cancel at any time in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Links to other websites
Some lessons link to videos on YouTube. Tapping one opens YouTube, outside the app, and YouTube’s own privacy policy then applies.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone. We have no third-party service providers that receive data from the app. We may disclose information only if the law requires it.
How to delete your information
- Delete the app from your phone. This removes everything stored on the phone.
- Or open the app’s settings and use the reset option to clear your progress.
Because nothing is stored on our servers, there is no account to close. If you want us to confirm this in writing, email the address below.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. If you are in the EU, UK or elsewhere, you may have similar rights under local law, and we will honour them. If you have a complaint, contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
